Un hotel sencillo pero bien ubicado, realmente ayuda contar con una cocineta y refrigerador pero tienen varias deficiencias, ofertan caja fuerte pero no funcionaba así que no contamos con ese servicio, el Internet no llega a las habitaciones, ofertaban una cama tamaño queen y al imprimir el vaucher aparecía como matrimonial y así fue, en el restaurant del propio hotel ponen la musica super fuerte hasta muy noche, no había sartenes ni cubiertos así que es necesario llevar los propios.
Es un hotel tranquilo, si está un poco viejo pero estamos muy contentos con la atención recibida Como dije es una zona tranquila y el hotel es muy tranquilo
El hotel es simplemente perfecto. Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, aunque se podrían actualizar los aires acondicionados. la alberca en temperatura perfecta y limpia, aunque se podría iluminar más durante las noches. En general mi familia y yo pasamos una muy agradable estancia los días que estuvimos. Sin dudarlo regresaremos. Aunque muchos opinen lo contrario, la atención del personal de recepción es cálida, amable y confiable.

its ok, i dont like that there are window units in many rooms. they have some mini splits, but no central ac the pool is ok as well customer service is typical
